I cooked my first batch with the
Brew-Magic Brew machine Wednesday the 24th of
September. My specific gravity from the
pre-fermentation came out at 1.030. I used a Hefeweizen
Ale yeast from White Labs, it took a couple of days for
it get cooking. I tried oxygenating the wort, but due
to the new bottles that I bought being EMPTY I wasn’t
able to. I believe that needs to be a key component.
Anyway, here’s a couple of pictures of the brewing day.
